Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 2026
These terms govern the services provided by AZ Counsellors Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“the client”). By booking a consultation or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. AZ Counsellors Ltd is registered in England & Wales, company no. 15650754.
Our services
We provide guidance and assistance with immigration, study-abroad and recruitment matters, including work permits (LMIA & COS), Express Entry and PNP programmes, university admissions, student and tourist visas, and appeals.
Regulatory status
Immigration advice in the UK is a regulated activity, and we provide advice and guidance only within the scope of our authorisation. Our counsellors are ICEF-trained and certified (ITAC #01013, CCG #00553) and we are a UKACTC-registered agent (#50608). All Canadian applications we handle are represented by a registered IRCC member, and for the UK we have registered lawyers on board to advise on and represent complex cases.
No guarantee of outcome
Decisions on any visa, immigration, admission or recruitment application are made solely by the relevant authority, institution or employer. We cannot and do not guarantee any particular outcome. Our fees are charged for our professional services and time, not for a successful result.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide complete, accurate and truthful information. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or misleading information, or from your failure to meet deadlines or follow our advice.
Fees & payment
Fees are set at the point of booking and payable in advance unless agreed otherwise. Government, visa and third-party fees are separate and paid by you directly. See our Refund Policy for cancellations.
Liability & complaints
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. If you are unhappy, please contact us so we can try to resolve it; unresolved complaints about regulated immigration advice may be referred to the OISC / Immigration Advice Authority.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
